Pre-Pointe / Pointe Trial Lesson

For dancers who already do classes and are ready to start thinking about pointe work. For the first term students join and learn strengthening exercises, foot care and pointe technique on demi pointe. Students are assessed twice a term and told when they are ready to go on pointe which is when you may go and get your pointe shoes. Miss Lisa will advise individual dancers and let them know when the are ready to progress. Once en pointe dancers learn basic technique and repetitive strengthening exercises so that they can progress.
