Yoga classes on offer for all abilities and age groups (18+), including Gentle Yoga which is ideal for those wanting a gentle class after injury or for our older clients.

How Yoga Classes work...
Our Dance School is predominantly a Children's Dance School, so our timetable runs alongside school-term dates. To make this easier for our yoga students, we operate on a block basis for class sign-up, whereby you pay for term blocks of 10-12 lessons at a time, which includes a week break in the middle of each block.
These term blocks run from:

September - December (12 weeks)
Dates outside of this period will be supplemented by online classes which are accessible upon class attendance.
Gentle Adult Ballet
Improves Adult Ballet
Contemporary
Perfect for beginners who have never tried ballet before or are over 55 years old.
Recommended for adults who have danced to at least Grade Level 5 or ex-professional classes.
Low impact and gentle
classes with no floor work.
