I have now completed a really interesting and fascinating course run by the Royal Ballet School for teachers. It was all about how to encourage a Growth Mindset in my dance classes. I have so many new strategies to encourage and can’t wait to be back in the hall after the Easter holidays to implement these suggestions. I feel inspired......
